Eurofarma believes that private initiative is essential for developing the society and
preserving the environment. Therefore, it has adopted social responsibility as a corporate
value to be more and more strengthened in general culture, in the management model and,
consequently, in each collaborator’s daily activities in the company. In 2005, it created
the Social Responsibility Committee in order to assure that such value is integrated in
Eurofarma’s decision-making, product manufacturing, and service accomplishment processes.
Eurofarma Institute
The Eurofarma Institute is intended to "promote social-economical inclusion and
sustainable development by means of a transforming education".
Such mission enables the institute to act both focused and structured, with clear objectives and social
transformation goals to be fulfilled. In order to accomplish it, its investments are focused on initiatives
that value the individual’s health and well-being, citizenship and, above all, education as a transformation tool.
